| The Mc Guinness family -
Charles, Billy, Chris "Dodie" and Casey - opened Dodie's in November 1989. All
of us, being from "The Big Easy," feel that Dodie's is a blend of Cajun and New
Orleans cuisine. Our recipes come from Aunt Lou-Lou, Aunt Daisy, Aunt Susan and
of course Mireille Lanusse McGuinness. Everything is prepared by order, so we
know you will enjoy our family's cooking. |
