We do not encourage you to spend money on space you do not need. Instead, Dodie's has found great success by having smaller, intimate locations of about 2500 square feet. This keeps it simple and much more comfortable for the operator and the diners.

We encourage bar dining as well as sit down service. Our casual atmosphere has proven to be a great success and compliments our New Orleans casual theme.  Depending on your location, you could consider some of the fancier things that your clients may come to expect and we will advise you accordingly.
